My Mom's Birthday

My Mom, whom we all call, Mimi, had a birthday this month.  Mom is such an awesome person, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  We love her sooo much!!

Beautiful October

Beautiful October day here in Kansas.  Larry & I are watching our Blanco kiddos.  Roxy & Russ helped out for a couple of days also.  The kids have had a great time.  They went with Roxy & Russ to The Meens Farm Friday and Saturday.  They went to Gary's Berries and had a great time there.  Then we took them on a short walk in the neighborhood and took some pictures.  They were worn out.  This morning they slept in.  They do miss Mom & Dad but know they will be home real soon.

July Already

Wow, I can't believe that it is July already! Where has the time gone?  Larry and I have been busy with family activities.  We watch our grandchildren at lease once a week if not more.  We are working on getting our house ready to sell again.  Selling stuff on Craig's List and had a garage sale the beginning of June.  We will probably have another one when the weather cools off a bit.  It has been sooooo hot here.  100's and above the last couple of weeks.  Thank God for A/C.

Larry has been working on getting his weight off.  Using Herbalife products, he has lost 22 pounds and lots of inches. He has gone from a size 40 to a 36.  He looks and feels so much better.  His goal is to get to 195 and get off all prescription medications when he sees his Doctor in September.

I have also lost several more pounds and inches also.  I am within a few pounds of my goal of 140.  I feel so much better.  And, have so much more energy.   If you would like to look and feel better, give me a call.
